As part of the Kinexus’ suite of integrated proteomics services, our Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Services permit clients to track the spatial locations of specific target proteins and phosphoproteins in tissues and cells. Many signalling proteins display specificity in their tissue distribution and undergo changes in their subcellular location during their regulation. Our IHC Services are a natural follow on from our Kinetworks™ immunoblotting services, and facilitate analysis of target protein expression and phosphorylation. Clients can select from a large panel of over 300 high specificity antibodies that are available from Kinexus or submit their own antibodies for use with our Immunohistochemistry Services. Clients can ship either frozen or paraffin-embedded tissue and cell samples for analysis. Alternatively, clients can choose from a panel of diverse tissues that are already available from Kinexus on slides that are ready for staining. For more, go to our website
