Refunds are only eligible before the testing samples arrive at the labs and if the kit has not been used. The refund will be returned to your original payment card. The shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. Different labs have different return policies. Some tests are refundable, but they may charge a 30-50 dollar service fee if their kit was shipped to you. Please contact us at support@labslink.com for details.
